Maritime archaeological investigations on Gotland 2010!

The HUMA Project (Heritage Maritime Underwater Archaeology) is for the third year in a row arranging maritime archaeological investigations

Maritime Archaeology Day

On 29th July a marine archaeology day was held at Krusmyntagården, with information on the foundering of the Danish Lübeckian fleet

The excavations continued largely along the same lines as in 2008, but on a smaller scale

First news from the excavations

A golden spoon was found the 19th of May by the first group of divers

The final and third part of the lectures at the county museum

Göran Ankarlilja and Ilse Hammarström, project leaders for the HUMA-project from the company AquaArkeologen, informed about the underwater archaeology investigations that will take part during the summer
