Lectures at the county museeum of Gotland

A serie of lectures has started at the County museeum of Gotland the 7th of February. The lecture was performed by the Navy Officer Nils Modig, about the seabattles in the Baltic Sea during the 16th century. He talked about the political intentions of the King and Countries, the seabattles and how they were performed and the Ships cannons. He ended with the real sound of his boatswain pipe. The pipe is of the same type as the one of silver in the exhibition.

Next lecture will be on the 21 of February by Rune Fordal, about earlier investigations.

The last lecture will be performed at the 6th of March by Ilse Hammarström and Göran Ankarlilja about the HUMA-project.
